If you'd like to delete your account and the personal information associated with it, here's how.
Email us at info@thevenueatbirchwood.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request," using the same email address associated with your account. Let us know you'd like your account and personal information deleted.
We will delete or de-identify your account information within a reasonable time after receiving your request.
Some information may be retained even after a deletion request, where we're required to by law, or where we have a legitimate business reason to keep it — for example, insurance certificates, event insurance records, or vendor documentation tied to a wedding that has already taken place, which we may need to retain for venue liability and recordkeeping purposes.
